Keep the review to metrics with owners and questions. Everything else belongs in an archive, not the agenda.
A review that opens twenty charts trains the team to skim. Open three metrics that have owners and a written question each is allowed to answer.
If a chart cannot change a decision this week, remove it from the agenda. Curiosity explorations can live in a separate working session.
