Refund & cancellation policy
Last updated: 28 July 2026. This policy applies to paid application analytics engagements with autoservenet (Event Map Reviews, Instrumentation Sprints, Metrics Studio Days, and Monthly Signal Reviews). It does not cover products, shipping, or software subscriptions—we do not sell those.
Eligibility
Refunds apply only to fees paid for a confirmed engagement under a written confirmation email or letter. Informational prices on the website are not invoices.
Timeframe to request
Cancellation or refund requests must be sent to hello@autoservenet.digital or +82-8-903-7938 at least five (5) business days before the scheduled start date for multi-day engagements, or three (3) business days before a single Metrics Studio Day.
Full refund
If you cancel within the timeframe above and no billable work has started (including preparatory document review beyond a free intake call), you receive a full refund of fees paid for that engagement.
Partial refund
If work has started—such as path reviews, draft dictionaries, or workshop preparation—we refund the unused portion after deducting completed work at the confirmed rate, documented in writing.
Non-refundable items
- Completed workshop days and delivered dictionaries or review notes.
- Portions of a Monthly Signal Review month already delivered (written notes or live calls held).
- Third-party costs we prepaid on your written request (for example, booked meeting rooms outside our studio), once incurred.
Process
Email the engagement reference, reason for the request, and payment details used. We confirm eligibility within five business days.
Processing time & method
Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within ten (10) business days of approval. Bank transfer fees charged by your institution are not reimbursed.
Cancellation by us
If we must cancel due to illness or force majeure, you may choose a full refund or a rescheduled date at no extra fee.
Rescheduling
One complimentary reschedule is allowed if requested within the cancellation timeframe. Later reschedules may incur a 10% administrative fee of the engagement price.
Deposits
When a deposit is required in the confirmation letter (typically up to 30% for sprints longer than two weeks), it is applied to the final invoice. Deposits follow the same refund rules as fees above.
No-shows
Failure to attend a scheduled Studio Day or review call without notice within the timeframe is treated as completed delivery for that session; that portion is non-refundable.
Work already started & materials
Drafts and notes prepared for you remain usable by you if paid; unpaid drafts are not delivered. We do not purchase materials for resale; any agreed external purchases are quoted separately and non-refundable once ordered.
Exceptions
Mandatory consumer protections under Korean law take precedence where they apply to eligible clients.
