Process

From path walkthrough to a review you can keep

A shared sequence for Event Map Reviews, instrumentation sprints, and monthly signal blocks—adapted to your release rhythm.

Intake & path selection

You share access notes, current tools, and the decisions that stall without trustworthy numbers. Together we pick the journeys that matter this quarter—not every screen in the product.

Event language

We write names, triggers, and properties tied to those journeys. Ambiguous steps are resolved in the room so engineering does not invent three variants later.

Wire & validate

For sprints, we pair on implementation and check sequences against sample traffic. Broken or duplicate events are flagged before they enter a weekly agenda.

Owners & cadence

Metrics leave with named owners and a short list of questions each number may answer. Optional monthly reviews keep the language honest after launches.

Ready to start with a map, not a chart wishlist?

Most teams begin with an Event Map Review. If you already have a dictionary, an Instrumentation Sprint or Metrics Studio Day may fit better.
