Terms of Service
Last updated: 28 July 2026. These terms apply to autoservenet (“we”, “us”) operating at 245-7, Simseokri, Ganam-myeon, Yeoju-gun, Gyeonggi-do, Korea, and to visitors of autoservenet.digital.
Services
We provide application analytics consulting: event mapping, instrumentation guidance, metrics workshops, and scheduled review blocks. Descriptions and fees on this website are informational. A binding engagement begins only after written confirmation of scope, fee, and schedule.
No online checkout
This site does not process payments or take deposits automatically. Invoices are issued according to the confirmed engagement letter.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access to relevant product materials, stakeholders, and environments needed for the engagement, and to ensure you have rights to share that information with us.
Intellectual property
Deliverables created for you (event dictionaries, workshop sheets, review notes) are licensed for your internal use upon payment of the agreed fee. Our templates, methods, and site content remain our property.
Limitation of liability
Application analytics work supports decisions; it does not guarantee product, revenue, or retention outcomes. To the extent permitted by Korean law, our liability for an engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement.
Site use
You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or scrape it in ways that impair service. Content is provided as-is for information.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will be handled in courts with jurisdiction over Yeoju-gun, Gyeonggi-do, unless mandatory rules provide otherwise.
